Merciful Chained Hearts (MCH) is dedicated to building a diverse and inclusive community that values the unique contributions of every individual. Scope:

This non-discrimination policy applies to all MCH activities, including but not limited to hiring practices, program access, volunteer opportunities, and interactions within our organizational culture.

Non-Harassment:

Harassment based on any of the characteristics listed above is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, verbal, physical, or visual conduct that creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive environment.
